Delivery Information

At Texas Sensors & Controls, we understand the importance of speed in winning and keeping a customer. So quick delivery is essential. Our delivery policy is as follows:


Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of descriptions, specifications and pricing, there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur, Texas Sensors & Controls cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.

Delivery and Returns

Once an order is placed and payment in full has been taken the item will be processed and ready for dispatch.

Texas Sensors & Controls aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. This is subject to products being in stock. For products which are not currently in stock, lead times can change from day to day.

All orders are shipped using UPS (UPS Standard, UPS Ground or UPS Next Day Air) within the USA.

We use UPS live rates to calculate shipping costs so please review the shipping options available to you depending on the products you are looking to purchase. You can calculate your shipping costs by reviewing your shopping basket/cart.

Delivery; Risk of Loss. We will make a commercially reasonable effort to deliver products by the dates requested by the buyer, but specified dates for shipment of products or performance of services are estimates, only, and shall not be deemed to represent fixed or guaranteed delivery dates, and the seller shall have no liability for any delays in delivery. Unless otherwise specified by the buyer, partial shipments are allowed. Timely delivery by the seller is subject to the buyer’s timely supply of all required technical information and data, including drawing approvals, and all required commercial documentation, and, where services are provided, adequate access to the site for the seller to perform such services. Delivery shall be F.O.B. shipping point, and title and risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier at point of shipment.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Texas Sensors & Controls immediately, this will be given special priority.

Texas Sensors & Controls and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible however we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, or error free.

From time to time there may be information on the Texas Sensors & Controls website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. (Including after you have submitted your order) We apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.
